Parthasarathy CR has had a diverse range of work experience. Parthasarathy started their career at Thomson Reuters in 2008 as a Software Engineer. After three years, they moved on to NABFINS LTD where they worked as a Senior Manager for a year. In 2014, Parthasarathy joined SELCO India, initially taking on the role of Sr. Manager, CSR. Parthasarathy eventually progressed to become the Chief Manager, Projects. Parthasarathy currently holds this position and has been with the company since November 2020.

Parthasarathy CR pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communication from JSS Academy of Technical Education Karnataka, from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDM-RM) from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) between 2011 and 2013, specializing in Rural Management.
