Sudipta Ghosh has over 20 years of experience in project management and leadership roles, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at SELCO India since October 2012, where prior positions included Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager for Mission Projects, and Manager for Mission. Sudipta began a career at Wipro Technologies from July 2003 to November 2011, holding the position of Project Manager. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis International University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from IIEST, Shibpur, and additional schooling at Bidhan Chandra Institution and Benachity High School.

Established in 1995, SELCO was co-founded by Dr Harish Hande. SELCO is a social enterprise working primarily in the area of decentralised renewable energy solutions in the rural geographies of India.
