Adam Sipe Cpa (T)

Adam Sipe CPA(T) has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Adam began their career at Planhotel Hospitality Group as a Credit Controller before moving to Zanzibar Petroleum as a Financial Accountant. At EY, they worked as an Audit Associate and later as a Senior Auditor, where they successfully led audit assignments in various sectors. Adam then joined Puma Energy as a Senior Accountant and was later promoted to Business Support Manager. Adam later joined LafargeHolcim Tanzania, where they held multiple roles including Financial Controller, Internal Control and Audit Manager, and Secretary of the Board Audit Committee. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Selcom Tanzania, overseeing financial management, tax management, and financial reporting. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong financial expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to risk management and compliance.

Adam Sipe CPA(T) completed their education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Adam first attended Umbwe Secondary School, where they received their Ordinary Level Secondary Education with a focus on Commercial and Arts. Adam then attended Kibaha High School, where they obtained their Advanced Level Secondary Education with a specialization in Economics, Commerce, and Accountancy (ECA).

After completing high school, Adam pursued higher education at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). From 2007 to 2010, they studied at UDSM and earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting.

Following their undergraduate studies, Adam continued to enhance their qualifications by attending the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) from 2013 to 2014. During this period, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a specialization in Tanzania (CPA(T)).
