Michael Ploskonka, CPA, CFE, MAS, serves as the Accounting and Auditing Standards Manager at Selden Fox, Ltd. since November 2016, where responsibilities include conducting independent reviews of financial statements and audit reports, as well as developing procedures to mitigate high-risk areas for clients. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager for Forensics and Valuations at BKD CPAs & Advisors and Manager in the Audit Services Group at Wolf & Company LLP. Michael began a career in auditing at Wolf Financial Group, advancing from Staff Auditor to Senior Audit Accountant over a span of several years. Educationally, Michael holds a Master of Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, both from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
