Charity Watts

Charity Watts, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Charity began their career at Open Door Mission in 1995, where they served as the Program Director for almost 18 years. In 2013, Charity joined Seldin Company as a Regional Portfolio Manager and successfully managed the company's properties until 2016. Charity then transitioned to the role of VP of Learning and Development, where they played a vital role in enhancing the company's training programs until 2019. Charity's contributions led to their promotion as VP of Human Resources, a position they held until 2022 when they were appointed as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Seldin Company. Their expertise and dedication have made their a valuable asset to the company.

Charity Watts, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human and Social Services Administration from Bellevue University in 1999. Charity went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, which is expected to be completed in 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Charity also holds various certifications, including being a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, and a Real Estate Broker from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, Missouri Real Estate Commission, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, and Iowa Real Estate Commission.
