Heather (Staggs) Wezensky has over 20 years of work experience in compliance and asset management in the housing and finance industry. Heather is currently the Senior Vice President of Compliance at Seldin Company since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the President of S.T.A.R. Momentum Compliance Consulting, Inc. from February 2012 to October 2020.

Before their role as President, Heather worked at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority from July 2008 to February 2012 as the Manager of Section 8 Compliance and LIHTC Program Compliance.
