Randy is a third generation construction professional who started his own waste removal and demolition company at the young age of 18. He has 40+ years experience in the demolition and abatement industry and has worked throughout the United States in a variety of markets including: nuclear power plants, brownfields, higher education facilities, oil refineries, chemical factories, gold mines, hospitals and high rise commercial buildings. Randy’s primary focus at Select Demo is to discover and develop new business opportunities and is directly responsible for sales growth. He is strategic at effectively building relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and end user groups that reflect and support Select Demo’s core values and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations. He also prioritizes maintaining existing relationships in hopes of a mutually beneficial collaboration on future projects. Since he joined the team in 2014, Randy has been a leading force in developing new business initiatives, and he now works closely with the company’s principals to guide long term growth.
