Mike Jirele

Mike Jirele is a seasoned mechanical design engineer currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Select Engineering Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at QPSE, where responsibilities included coordinating mechanical/piping design for various project phases, and as a Supervising Mechanical Engineer at Worley Parsons, leading the mechanical design of a significant gas compressor station. Mike's extensive experience also includes time as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Specialist at SAIC following the acquisition of Benham, and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer with The Benham Companies, contributing to numerous complex projects in the refining and chemical sectors. Additionally, Mike's career began at Phillips Petroleum Company as a Mechanical Engineer focused on building design. Mike holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
