Kay Leighton

Kay Leighton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, retail management, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Customer Retention Account Manager at LexisNexis since March 2018, Kay excels in customer relations. Concurrently, as a Retail Store Manager at Select Fashion since July 2016, Kay has successfully transformed an underperforming store, temporarily managed multiple additional stores, and implemented effective training techniques that have led to staff promotions. Previous roles include Primary Education Recruitment Consultant at Randstad UK and TeacherActive, where Kay built a successful recruitment desk, and management positions at Moda in Pelle, Churchs English Shoes, and Mulberry, focusing on exceptional customer service and store performance.
