Kay Leighton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, retail management, and recruitment. Concurrently, as a Retail Store Manager at Select Fashion since July 2016, Kay has successfully transformed an underperforming store, temporarily managed multiple additional stores, and implemented effective training techniques that have led to staff promotions.
