Susie Naaman

Susie Naaman has a diverse work experience in human resources. Susie currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Select Food Products since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager Human Resources at Griffith Foods from 2017 to 2021. Susie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Rogers Communications from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for various HR management activities. Susie worked at Restaurant Brands International in 2015 as a Senior Human Resources Manager, focusing on talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Susie also has extensive experience at Tim Hortons, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Manager, Organizational Development Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, Continuous Improvement Team Leader, and Human Resources/Health and Safety Coordinator. In the early years of their career, they worked as a Senior Bilingual Account Representative at Kroll and as an HR Coordinator at Novotel Hotels.

Susie Naaman completed their education as follows:

- From 1998 to 2002, they attended Schulich School of Business at York University and obtained a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Business Administration.

- In 2004, they attended York University and completed their Master's in Human Resources Management, which lasted until 2007.

- In 2011, they pursued an HR Law Certificate at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, completing it in the same year.

In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a Certified Human Resources Leader certification from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario in October 2012. Furthermore, they are expected to complete the KF360_Blended_June 6, 2023 certification from Korn Ferry in 2023.
