Nikita Gazi

Nikita Gazi currently serves as a Payroll Administrator at Select Medical Connections since March 2023. Previously, Nikita worked as a Research Associate at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2020 to March 2021, focusing on the economic effects of COVID-19 on the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association. Prior to that, Nikita held the position of Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, from March 2018 to November 2019, contributing to projects on multinational enforcement of labor law and the influence of social norms on firm productivity in Bangladesh's apparel sector. Nikita holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Trinity Western University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from North South University.
