Darin Smith

Darin Smith is a skilled clinical recruiter currently employed at Select Medical since June 2022, with additional recruitment experience at Findnetics since December 2021. Prior to these roles, Darin managed the Sterile Processing Department at PinnacleHealth System for nearly two decades, overseeing daily operations, employee performance, and recruitment processes. Darin has also held the position of Certified Surgical Technologist, excelling in various surgical specialties and precepting novice surgical staff. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Surgical Technology from Siena Heights University, as well as an Associate’s degree from Harrisburg Area Community College.
