Shawn Kitchen

Shawn Kitchen has a strong background in business development and healthcare. Shawn is currently working as the Director of Business Development at Select Medical. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Medical City Healthcare from 2019 to 2021. Shawn's experience also includes roles at OhioHealth, where they served as the Director of Growth and Business Development for the North Central Ohio Region from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as the Coordinator of Business Development & Marketing at OhioHealth from 2011 to 2015. Before joining OhioHealth, Shawn was involved in business development and physician relations at Berger Health System from 2008 to 2011. Throughout their career, Shawn has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Shawn Kitchen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Communications from The Ohio State University from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio University.
