Alec Thompson

Alec Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in Production Engineering at Boeing since October 2022, Alec supports Business Operations and program management for the 787 Program. Prior to this role, Alec held various positions at Palmetto Railways, including Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing infrastructure projects and collaborating with regulatory agencies. At Norfolk Southern Corporation, Alec advanced through multiple roles from Engineering Associate to Supervisor of Welding Flash Butt, showcasing a strong foundation in maintenance and operations management. Alec holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and is currently pursuing an MBA in Corporate Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University. Additionally, Alec has experience as a model with Select Model Management since September 2020.
