Dawn Glaze

Dawn Glaze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the rehabilitation and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Realtor at CCR Realtors since November 2023, Dawn has also been a Physical Therapist Assistant at Select Rehabilitation since March 2022. Previously, Dawn owned and operated Covenant Builders, specializing in custom modular home construction from May 2016 to April 2022. Dawn held significant roles in rehabilitation management as Director of Rehabilitation at EncompassCare and Director of Rehab at Opti-Health, where responsibilities included overseeing operations in skilled nursing facilities. Earlier experience includes roles as LPTA/DOR at Rehab Works and LPTA at Nursing Home Group. Dawn's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapy Assistant from Professional Skills Institute and ongoing studies at The University of Toledo.
