Aaron Horn

Aaron Horn is the Director of Business Development at Select Water Solutions and a Partner at Harbor General Contracting, LLC. Aaron is also an Advisory Board Member at Cypress Global Partners. Previously, Aaron held roles such as Senior Vice President at XRI Holdings, LLC, Executive Vice President of Operations at Fountain Quail Water Management, and VP Customer & Market Development at Gradiant Corporation. Aaron has a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University.
