Carlos Villoria

Carlos Villoria is an experienced HSE professional with a background in quality assurance, emergency response, and environmental coordination. With over 40 years of experience in the oil and energy industry, Carlos has held various senior roles at companies such as ConocoPhillips and PDVSA. Carlos is currently the HSE Regional Manager at Select Energy Services, bringing a wealth of expertise in developing and implementing HSE management systems. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
