RJ Metzler has an extensive background in the energy industry, primarily focusing on water disposal solutions. With experience at Select Water Solutions as the Director of Engineering, RJ is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of capital projects, technical support for midstream infrastructure, and FEED for water midstream projects. RJ's expertise also extends to market analysis, RFPs, AFEs, and overseeing the design and construction of saltwater disposal facilities.
