Amedeo Cardamone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the CEO & Partner of Selecta Digital S.p.A. since December 2015, Amedeo has focused on delivering integrated solutions in Customer Services, Digital Services, and Industrial Operations, emphasizing customer experience and business performance through automation and data-driven strategies. Prior to Selecta Digital, Amedeo held several senior positions at Vodafone Group, including Group Head of Commercial Operations and Group Head of Customer Advocacy, where responsibilities included enhancing service excellence and managing customer operations across multiple segments. Amedeo's career also includes roles at the United Nations - FAO and Accenture, where expertise in program management and organizational strategy was developed. Amedeo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Salerno.
