Karthik Gangadhara, MBA, CSPO

Karthik Gangadhara has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. Their most recent role is as a Technical Business Analyst at Select Blinds, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Logic20/20, Inc. for three years, starting as a Management Consultant and Analyst in March 2019, then later transitioning to the roles of Consultant and Consulting Project Manager for Microsoft. In these positions, Karthik managed an Incentive Compensation Program for Microsoft, collaborating with various teams and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Before joining Logic20/20, Inc., Karthik had brief experiences as a Financial Analyst Consultant at NY International Law Firm in 2018 and as a Social Media Marketing Consultant on a freelance basis. Karthik also had an internship as an Analyst at Hemex Health, Inc. in 2018, where they assisted with fundraising efforts. In addition, Karthik was a member of the Alliance of Angels, an angel group, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Sustainability Intern at Garten Services, Inc., a non-profit organization. Karthik's early career also includes roles as an Agile Project Management Teaching Assistant and a Strategy Graduate Teaching Assistant at Willamette University MBA, as well as a Strategic Planning Consultant at BACKBONES, a non-profit organization. Karthik started their professional journey as a Marketing Assistant at G.A. Enterprises, a supplier of cranes, hoists, and trolleys. Throughout their career, Karthik has demonstrated strong project management and analytical skills, collaborating with teams and implementing process improvements.

Karthik Gangadhara, MBA, CSPO has an extensive education history that spans multiple fields and disciplines. Their most recent educational achievement is obtaining a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Strategic Leadership and Business Intelligence from Westcliff University. Karthik pursued this degree from 2022 to 2025.

Prior to their doctoral studies, Karthik earned a Master of Science degree in Techpreneurship from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Karthik completed this program from 2018 to 2020, further expanding their knowledge in the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship.
