Monika Rydel

Monika Rydel is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Sales & Business Development Manager for Pharma Europe at Selectchemie AG Pharma since September 2016. Prior to this role, Monika worked as a Business Development Manager at POL-NIL S.A. from January 2000 to August 2016. Monika holds a Licentiate degree in Chemistry-Physics and a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, both from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. Additionally, Monika earned a Postgraduate Degree in Cosmetic Chemistry from Warsaw University of Technology and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw.
