Shana Barrett has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the employment services and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SELECTEMP Employment Services since October 2009, Shana leads daily operations and strategic initiatives to foster a strong organizational culture across Oregon. Previously, in the role of Vice President Operations, Shana focused on growth and development across all locations in the state while implementing high-performance operational strategies. As Regional Vice President, responsibilities included managing sales and operations for the Northern Region. Earlier in their career, Shana held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Red Lion Hotels from September 1998 to December 2006, where Shana oversaw comprehensive aspects of daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
