Christina Coffaro Orr

Christina Coffaro Orr, PHR, SHRM-CP, GBA, RPA, CEBS, currently serves as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Selective Insurance since January 2022. Prior experience includes a similar role at Covanta from April 2017 to March 2022 and a position as Supervisor of Employee Benefits at ASCO from February 2008 to April 2017. Additionally, Christina held the role of Human Resources Manager at Lynnes Nissan Auto Group from May 2003 to February 2008, and served as an HR Generalist at SPX (Radiodetection) from 1997 to 2003. Christina began a career in customer service at Best Auto Rental, where responsibilities lasted from 1990 to 1997. Christina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Bloomfield College, completing studies from 1991 to 1997.
