Moises P. Guedes

Moises P. Guedes currently serves as the Litigation Claims Supervisor at Selective Insurance, a position held since February 2023. With a robust background in claims management and legal practice, Moises also holds a membership with OAB/DF since July 2017. Previous roles include Claims Manager at Watkins Insurance Group, Associate at Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar, and a Certified Law Clerk at GEICO. Moises has completed a legal fellowship with The American Board of Trial Advocates and has held various claims positions at Shelter Insurance Companies and CSAA Insurance Group. Academically, Moises earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Western State College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília, complemented by further education at Cornell University.
