Regan Wick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database architecture and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Database Architecture and Engineering at Selective Insurance since February 2002. Key responsibilities include the design and implementation of a $3.8 billion policy system, driving database modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, and ensuring best practices in database development. Previously held positions include Enterprise Solutions Architect and Technical Architect, where Regan led various modernization efforts and oversaw critical database implementations. Additionally, Regan is the Director, Owner, and Instructor at Wick School of Irish Dance, managing multiple aspects of the school and achieving top placements in competitions.
