Susan Gould, MSL, ARM, CIC, MCM, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Compliance at Selective Insurance, focusing on regulatory management services and state filings. With a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, Susan previously held the position of Director of Regulatory Compliance at CNA Insurance and The Hanover Insurance Group. Earlier career experience includes leadership as C/L Underwriting Senior Supervisor at MAPFRE, overseeing underwriting operations for a team of 21. Educational credentials include a Master of Studies in Law with a concentration in Regulatory Compliance and Ethics from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance from Nichols College, complemented by a certification in Breakthrough Leadership from Harvard Business School.
