Valerie Sparks has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President Regional President at Selective Insurance since July 2007. Valerie has held various roles within Selective Insurance, including Senior Vice President for the Southwest Region, Vice President of Underwriting, Underwriting Manager for Eastern PA & DE, Underwriting Supervisor for Western PA & OH, and Senior Underwriter. Prior to joining Selective Insurance, Valerie worked at Crum & Forster as a Commercial Lines Underwriter from February 2001 to April 2004.
