Venessa Perkins

Venessa Perkins, AIC-M, AINS, ACCP, CPRIA, currently serves as AVP, Claims Representative Manager and Member Advocate Regional Manager for the Northeast Zone at PURE Insurance, where responsibilities include leading Member Advocate teams to achieve service and productivity metrics. With experience managing casualty claims and overseeing teams of adjusters at PURE Insurance, Venessa has developed expertise in investigating and adjudicating complex claims, as well as providing training and guidance to claims personnel. Prior experience at Amica Insurance included handling a variety of personal line claims and supervising claims representatives. Venessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Rhode Island.
