Paul B. Chauncey III

Paul B. "Trey" Chauncey III, DML, BG, US Army (Retired) (KO4FSF), currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at USA Up Star, where responsibilities include shaping long-term organizational direction and crisis management. In addition, Paul holds the position of Highly Qualified Expert - Senior Mentor at Applied Training Solutions and State Director for Florida at the Selective Service System. Previously, Paul was the Senior Vice President of Interagency Operations & Governmental Affairs at Lipsey Logistics Worldwide LLC and held various leadership roles in the U.S. Army, including Deputy Commanding General at U.S. Army North and the Florida National Guard. Paul has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor in logistics and business. An accomplished scholar, Paul has completed executive education programs at Harvard Kennedy School and holds advanced degrees from multiple prestigious institutions.
