Juan Sebastian Reyes

Juan Sebastian Reyes is a Machine Learning Engineer at Selector since September 2022, focusing on developing features to uncover correlations and patterns in network data using machine learning algorithms. Previously, Juan worked at Baskin Engineering at UCSC as a Software Engineer from September 2021 to September 2022, where expertise in machine and deep learning architectures was applied, alongside enhancing knowledge in natural language processing practices. In the same institution, Juan also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, leading classroom activities and supporting lesson preparation. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where relevant experiences included being a Peer Advisor in the Economics Department and an intern as a Software Developer at WiZenz Technologies. Additionally, early work as a Customer Service Representative at Foqus IPS involved assisting international patients with their inquiries and appointment management.
