Kyle Killion

Kyle Killion is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in design and management. Currently serving as the Design Engineering Manager at SelectTech Services Corp since June 2025, Kyle previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Rack Processing Company, Inc. from May 2012 to May 2025, and was also the Engineering Manager there. Prior roles include Lead Mechanical Engineer at Laibe Corp and Design Engineer at Contract Industrial Tooling, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination, design modifications, and utilizing various design software such as Solid Edge and AutoCAD. Kyle began an academic career as an instructor at Purdue University Richmond, teaching courses in computer graphics and production design. Killion holds a BS and AS in Industrial Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, completed between 2001 and 2008.
