Robin Launius

Robin Launius, CMA has an extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Robin has held various finance and leadership positions in different organizations.

Starting in 1995, Robin worked at Pillowtex Corporation, where they held multiple roles for six years. In 2001, they became the Division Controller for the Beacon Blankets Division within Pillowtex.

In 2001, Robin moved on to Beacon Blankets, Inc, where they served as the Corporate Controller and CFO. Robin played a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the privately held cotton woven and acrylic nonwoven blankets manufacturer.

From 2004 to 2014, Robin joined Sealed Air Corporation. During their tenure, they held several positions, including Senior Global Financial Analyst, N. American Assistant Controller for the Shrink Packaging Business Unit, Global VP of Finance for the Shrink Packaging Business Unit, and Director of Supply Chain Finance for both North America and EMEA regions.

In 2014, Robin joined Genova Diagnostics, where they served as the Corporate Controller and later took on the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Robin was responsible for core accounting functions, revenue recognition, and various system implementations.

Following their time at Genova Diagnostics, Robin worked as the Finance Director for Colbond Americas at Low & Bonar. Robin successfully rebuilt the finance team and stabilized system implementations.

Currently, Robin Launius holds the position of Director of Business Processes at SELEE Corporation, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated their expertise in finance, operations, and leadership, making significant contributions to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Robin Launius, CMA holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Furman University. They have also obtained various certifications, including Platinum Level and Gold Level certifications from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, Robin has completed the "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" course offered by LinkedIn. They are also in the process of obtaining a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accounting (IMA).
