Miled Rached

Miled Rached has extensive work experience in various production and commercial roles. In 2011, they worked as a Commercial Representative at IBS for one year. From 2016 to 2022, they were responsible for production at Castel Frères, where they analyzed process deviations, optimized operating parameters, provided technical support to manufacturers, and managed new product trials before industrialization. In 2022, they joined Hanacem Tunisia as the Head of the Production Department for a few months before moving to Selenis Specialty Polyester Solutions, where they currently hold the position.

Miled Rached pursued a Master's degree in Electromechanical Technology/Engineering Technology from 2008 to 2010 at Université de Le Havre.
