Raymond Baca

Raymond Baca possesses extensive experience in automation and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Automation Manager at AGC Biologics since March 2022, focusing on gene therapy solutions. Prior roles at Matrix Technologies, Inc. from July 2008 to the present include positions such as Department Manager, Associate Department Manager of the Industrial Systems Division, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Raymond also worked as a Senior Automation Engineer at Champion Technology Services, Inc. from January 2019 to March 2022 and held senior and electrical engineering positions at Johns Manville from 1995 to 2008. In addition to engineering, Raymond has been a self-employed professional artist specializing in Southwestern art and various mediums since April 1990. Educational qualifications include a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Mathematics from Colorado School of Mines, along with an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
