Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Self Esteem - All Access Apparel, Inc. since July 2021, LaQuita has previously held positions at KELLWOOD APPAREL, LLC, MGA Entertainment, and Jerry Leigh of California, among others. Throughout the career, LaQuita has demonstrated strong skills in developing new styles, creating tech packs, and collaborating with production teams to ensure successful product outcomes. Proficient in sketching, sourcing fabrics, and leading teams, LaQuita has significantly contributed to various collections, including designs for major retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target. LaQuita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa.
