Tara Rao is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in apparel and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Self Esteem - All Access Apparel, Inc. since November 2015, Tara previously held the role of Associate Designer. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Designer for Sweaters at The Golden Group, where responsibilities included conducting trend research, designing technical sketches, and developing vendor relationships. Earlier roles included a Product Development Internship at Johnny Was, a Wardrobe Styling Assistant for Jordan Stolch, and Promotional Specialist positions at Capital Wine & Spirits and TEAM Enterprises. Tara holds an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Product Development from FIDM and a Bachelor of Science degree in Immunology and Infectious Disease from Penn State University.
