Kyle Hatem

Kyle Hatem is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Purpose Brands, LLC since August 2025, Kyle has expanded responsibilities within the parent organization of Orangetheory Fitness, where Kyle also holds the position of Vice President, Franchise Business since November 2023. Prior experience includes a progression at Panera Bread from Senior Manager of Financial Planning to Director of Real Estate Finance & Capital Planning from February 2018 to October 2023, and an earlier role as Operations Analyst at Ravensburger from July 2013 to May 2015. Kyle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
