Katongo Kahinga

Katongo Kahinga is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Finance Coordinator for the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, and Zambia at Self Help Africa since September 2012, Katongo is responsible for financial reporting, donor compliance, budget preparation, and capacity building. Prior to this role, Katongo worked as a Financial Services Consultant at CYMA Chartered Accountants, a Finance Manager at Damco Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., and held finance management positions at Zambia Red Cross Society and Thewo and Company. Katongo began a career in finance at Credit Africa Bank Limited as an Accounting Assistant. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute, ACCA certification, and a National Accounting Technician Certificate from the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
