Mugizi Neftali is an experienced project manager with a strong background in sustainable development and natural resources management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Self Help Africa since June 2021, Mugizi focuses on developing green economy initiatives. Prior to this role, Mugizi held various positions at The Lutheran World Federation, including Project Manager for energy and environment projects and M&E Officer responsible for developing and implementing M&E systems. Mugizi's earlier experience includes providing agriculture advisory services at Kamwenge and working as a Project Officer in natural resources management at JESE. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in M&E from Uganda Management Institute and dual Master’s degrees in Natural Resources Management with a focus on Climate Change from Mountains of the Moon University, where studies commenced in September 2022.
