Tim J. Quinn

Tim J. Quinn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and urban planning, currently serving as Senior Project Manager in Real Estate at Self-Help Credit Union since August 2020. Prior roles include Director at HR&A Advisors and Community Revitalization Fellow at the Development Finance Initiative at UNC School of Government. Tim J. Quinn holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Richmond. Additional experiences include teaching, work with Teach for America, and a brief internship with the Peace Corps.
