Ian Fink is an experienced professional with a strong background in volunteer coordination and support for the elderly. Currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator at Self-Help for the Elderly since June 2016, Ian is responsible for interviewing, selecting, and training new volunteer counselors, as well as tracking and evaluating current volunteers.
