Denise Hose

Denise Hose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud operations and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Fraud Operations at Self Financial, Inc. since September 2021, Denise oversees investigations, identity theft claims, and credit card transaction disputes, and is recognized as a subject matter expert in chargebacks, recovery, Regulation Z, and Visa dispute requirements. Prior to this role, Denise held multiple positions at Bank of America from March 1999 to September 2021, including Manager of Fraud Investigations, Claims Process Support Lead, and VP of Operations Project Consultant, specializing in fraud operations transformation and integration.
