Jim McCracken

Jim McCracken currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Self Financial, Inc., a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jim worked as the OPS Support Lead at Mercury Financial, managing Back Office Collections and handling various regulatory and credit reporting responsibilities from May 2019 to September 2022. Between March 2003 and May 2019, Jim held the position of Vice President of Operations at Barclays Bank, focusing on collections operations and support. Jim's career in collections management began at JP Morgan Chase, where serving as Collections Manager from November 2000 to November 2002 provided foundational experience. Jim earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wilmington University, completing the program from 1990 to 1995.
