Shelby Sharp

Shelby Sharp is an experienced operations and quality assurance leader with a diverse background in customer success and vendor relations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Shared Services and Head of Quality Assurance at Self Financial, Inc. since July 2021, Shelby previously held significant roles including Senior Manager of Customer Success at GEP Worldwide and Vendor Relations Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Additional experience includes several positions at Basware and Foodbuy, LLC, along with early career roles at Eurest USA and Walt Disney World. Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
