Chris Gee, Ph.D., is currently the Director of Predictive Analytics & Research Services at Self Management Group, where they oversee a team focused on leveraging HR analytics to enhance talent management strategies. With a strong background in sport psychology, Chris earned a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Research Services and Director of Sport Services. They specialize in developing validated recruitment strategies and integrating predictive analytics and big data into the talent management process.
