Lecia Segaard

Lecia Segaard has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lecia started their career in 1995 as a Human Resource Manager at Uniroyal Engineered Products and later served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sandusky Bay Area Goodwill from 1999 to 2002. In 2008, they joined Self Regional Healthcare as a Department Assistant and worked there until 2014. During this time, they also held the position of Practice Manager at Greenwood, SC in 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Lecia worked at Self Regional Healthcare as the Practice Lead for SMG and then as the Practice Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to Self Regional Healthcare / Self Medical Group, where they took on the role of Practice Manager. Most recently, Lecia has been serving as the Director of the Hospital Medicine Service Line at Self Regional Healthcare since July 2023.

Lecia Segaard studied Communication and Media Studies at Bowling Green State University.
