Avinash Palukuri has worked in various roles across a range of companies since 2012. In 2012, they were an Intern at CSIR-CEERI, where they developed an object recognition algorithm and implemented it in C using OpenCV library functions. In 2013, they were an Intern at Texas Instruments. In 2014, they began work at Dell Technologies as an Analyst, where they designed and developed a custom Label generation product and implemented a Logging framework to track order shipment status. In 2018, they were a Management Intern at Uber, where they designed and implemented a call and book process, designed an ELC tool, on boarded 300+ drivers, conducted a feasibility study for intercity cab pooling and analyzed customer segments. Also in 2018, they were a Development of Corporate Citizenship (DoCC) Intern at Vidya Poshak, where they assessed the impact of their nurture merit program. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Barclays as an Asst. Vice President - Unsecured Borrowing and a Product Manager. Currently, they are a Product Manager at SelfDecode.

From 2008 to 2010, they attended St. Patricks Junior College and earned their Intermediate Public Examination in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
