Feei Shan Tan has worked in various roles since 2002. In 2017, they worked as a Finance Manager for Lion and Lion Digital Agency. Feei Shan also worked as a Short Term Finance Manager (Contract) for the same company in the same year, where their responsibilities included managing billings and account receivable collection. Finally, in 2018, they worked as a Finance Manager for SelfDrvn Enterprise, where their responsibilities included managing the preparation of full set of accounts, management reports, and consolidation accounts for Group and Company.

Feei Shan Tan attended Kolej Bandar from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained an LCCI in Accounting. Feei Shan also attended an unnamed institution in 2007. From 2008, they attended Kolej Bandar again, where they obtained a Professional Partial of ACCA. Feei Shan also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA) from Kolej Bandar.
