Yiannis Yiakoumis

Yiannis Yiakoumis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Selfie Networks, a stealth start-up in the networking space since July 2016. Prior to this role, Yiannis served as a Research Assistant at Stanford University from September 2008 to June 2016, where extensive research was conducted in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science. Yiannis gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Google and Juniper Networks and held research intern positions at Philips Research and the Industrial Systems Institute. Yiannis holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
