Salvatore D'Amelio

Salvatore (Tory) D'Amelio is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and strategic growth across various industries. Currently serving as President and Executive Vice President at Selflock Screw Products (SSP) since May 2021, Tory is responsible for guiding performance and strategy development. Tory previously acted as Executive Advisor at Tony Baird Electronics, Inc., fostering collaboration between TBE and SSP. Notably, during a tenure at ChaseDesign from July 2014 to May 2021, Tory advanced through roles from Account Manager to Vice President of Strategic Accounts, successfully opening a new office during the COVID-19 pandemic and driving brand awareness and revenue growth. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Sales and Marketing at Tony Baird Electronics, where Tory achieved significant sales milestones, including a $10+ million contract with the Federal Aviation Administration. Tory holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
